701ai.dev is hosted using third-party services that receive technical information normally sent by your browser, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and time of the request.

Our hosting platform may also provide basic measurements of site traffic and performance.

We do not use this website to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

When you submit the early-access form, we receive the email address you enter and, if you choose to provide it, your note about what you analyze repeatedly.

We store that information in our website database and use it to arrange early access and follow up with you. The order in which requests arrive is recorded so that early-customer offers can be applied fairly.

If you prefer, you can email us directly instead of using the form; in that case your email provider and ours handle the message in the ordinary way.

If you email 701ai, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.

We use that information to respond to you, provide support, answer questions, arrange early access, and communicate about your relationship with 701ai.

We do not sell mailing lists or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

When paid subscriptions become available, we may receive information needed to establish and manage your customer relationship, such as your name, email address, plan, subscription status, and payment-related records.

Payment card information may be collected and processed by our payment provider rather than by 701ai directly.

We will update this notice with the applicable provider and exact practices before paid transactions begin.

701ai is designed differently from a conventional hosted analytics service.

The desktop application’s treatment of files, analytical work, AI-provider requests, credentials, and other application data is explained on Your data & AI.

We will not make claims about where application data is stored, transmitted, or retained unless those claims reflect the released product.

We use service providers where necessary to operate 701ai.

These may include:

• Website hosting, database, and delivery — currently Lovable and the infrastructure and services it uses to host and measure the site and to store early-access signups.
• Email — our email provider, which receives and stores messages you send us.
• Payments — our payment provider once paid subscriptions are enabled.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, to operate our business, and to meet legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
