The terms for using 701ai.

701ai is software for analytical work.

It helps users work with data, develop calculations and analysis, inspect analytical work, and reuse that work over time.

701ai assists your analysis. It does not replace your professional or business judgment.

You remain responsible for reviewing the data, assumptions, calculations, outputs, and decisions made using the software.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, 701ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own or your organization’s internal business purposes according to the plan you purchased.

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, or use 701ai to provide unauthorized access to the software.

Your plan may limit the number of people authorized to use 701ai.

You retain ownership of your data and other materials you use with 701ai.

Using 701ai does not transfer ownership of that information to us.

How the application handles business data, local processing, credentials, and AI-provider requests is described on Your data & AI.

Some 701ai functionality uses third-party AI providers.

Under Bring Your Own AI plans, you choose and maintain your AI provider account and are responsible for that provider’s charges, terms, availability, and use of information sent to it.

Your 701ai subscription covers the 701ai software. Unless a plan expressly says otherwise, it does not include third-party AI usage.

AI-generated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing analytical work before relying on it.

You may use 701ai for lawful purposes.

You may not use the software to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the software or its security, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or distribute the software except as permitted by us.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to use the data you provide to the software.

Prices and plan terms are shown at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing period selected unless canceled before renewal.

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not ordinarily refund a period that has already been paid for, except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

Taxes may apply depending on your location.

The Founding 100 offer is limited to the first 100 eligible Individual customers accepted under the offer.

The introductory price is $50 for the first year when billed annually, followed by $100 per year while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active.

Customers choosing monthly billing pay $5 per month for the first year, followed by $10 per month while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active.

If a Founding subscription is canceled or otherwise ends, later subscriptions are subject to the prices available at that time.

Founding pricing applies to the eligible Individual subscription and is not transferable.

701ai may initially be offered as early-access software.

Early-access software may change as we improve it. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and errors may occur.

We will try to describe the product accurately and communicate material changes, but purchasing 701ai does not guarantee that a particular future feature will be released.

701ai may work with services provided by other companies, including AI providers.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, pricing, security, or operation.

701ai and its software, branding, design, and other proprietary materials belong to 701ai and its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of 701ai to you.

Your data, business information, and other materials remain yours.

We work to make 701ai reliable, but software and third-party services can fail.

Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, 701ai is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

701ai is an analytical tool, not an independent decision-maker.

You are responsible for determining whether an analysis is appropriate for your situation and for decisions made using its outputs.

701ai should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice where specialized legal, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 701ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the software.

Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to 701ai during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using 701ai at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of material violation of these Terms, unlawful use, security concerns, or nonpayment.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms as 701ai develops.

If a change materially affects existing customers, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
